i-transfer is now Unidos Financial Services.

In march of 2014, Unidos Financial Services, through its parent, Catalina Acquisitions, LLC, entered into an agreement to acquire Tempo Financial U.S. Corp. DBAi-transfer including its parent Tempo Financial Holdings Corporation, provided all of Tempo’s regulators approve the change in control. Upon final closing the combined group will process more than a billion dollars annually through an independent network of over 3,000 agents from the U.S. including 7 originating Countries.

The service offerings include money transfer, bill pay, mobile top up, prepaid debit cards and money orders, and is powered by the award winning Unidos Financial Services platform.

The combined group accelerates our mission to provide turn-key options for underserved consumers to handle all of their financial needs through a fast and integrated platform. The combination brings together two incredible Management teams, complimentary customer footprints and a unified mission to serve as a trusted provider of robust solutions to consumers, retailers and financial institutions.
