Daniel Marlo - President & CEO
Dan is the founder and strategic leader of Unidos. Previously, he served as the Vice President of Business Development of Epana Networks, where he led new product development, including Unidos, and helped build and expand the company's direct-to-store distribution network. His background includes counseling and advising numerous venture funds and emerging growth companies at Gunderson Dettmer and has held several other positions working with venture and private-equity backed companies, including Pfizer-Shiley. Dan holds a BA in Economics from Georgetown University, a JD from Northwestern University School of Law and took advanced coursework at Kellogg School of Management.

Juan Llanos - Executive Vice President of Operations &
Compliance Officer
Juan is responsible for overall operations, technology strategy and infrastructure, consumer experience and analytics, risk mitigation and compliance at Unidos. Previously, he was Chief Compliance Officer and Vice President of Servive for Remesas Quisqueyana, Inc. where he was responsible for all aspects of the company’s AML and regulatory compliance programs for Canada, Italy, Spain and the US. Juan has 15 years of academic and managerial experience, as well as 10 years' experience of building and managing compliance programs and operations across multiple national and international jurisdictions. A Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist since 2003, Juan is today recognized as a pioneer in the development of compliance, operational and risk management best practices for the money remittance industry, and is a frequent speaker at international industry forums. Juan holds multiple Applied Linguistics-related degrees from Universidad del Salvador and an MBA from Universidad de Palermo in Buenos Aires.

Augusto Ruiz-Eldredge - Vice President of Finance
Augusto manages the company's Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Treasury operations. He also serves as the company's main liaison with major domestic and international financial institutions and possesses a strategic role in developing new financial products and services. Previously, Augusto held the position of Money Remittances Manager for Remesas Quisqueyana Inc, where among other responsibilities he oversaw overall product quality, managed the product's financial performance and was the main liaison with its foreign correspondents. Augusto has also worked in banks such as Brown Bother’s Harriman & Co. and Century Bank of Massachusetts and for multinational companies like Bristol-Myers Squibb. Augusto holds an MBA from Suffolk University in Boston, and a B.A. in Business Administration from the Dominican Institute of Technology

Mauricio Sánchez Andalón - Director of Sales and Field Operations
Mauricio Sanchez is responsible for Sales, Marketing and Field Operations. Previously, he was the National Sales Manager for Avenida America Inc, a Texas-based company specializing in Marketing and Media for the Hispanic Consumer, where he was responsible for Sales, Distribution, Logistics and Telemarketing. He was also Sales Manager at Maxitransfers Corp., where he was responsible for Sales and Market Development in the South East Region. Mauricio has over 17 years experience as a sales and marketing strategist and he holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Universidad del Nuevo Mundo in Mexico and has completed multiple specialization courses in international trade at the Mexican National Exterior Commerce Bank and the Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City.
