Dan is the business and strategic leader of Unidos, which he founded and launched in 2007. He also oversees all of the day-to-day operations of this rapidly growing business. Previously, he served as the Vice President of Business Development for Vivaro where he led new product development, including Unidos, and helped build and expand the company's direct-to-store distribution network. His background includes counseling and advising numerous venture funds and emerging growth companies at Gunderson Dettmer and has held several other positions working with venture and private-equity backed companies, including Pfizer-Shiley. Dan holds a BA in Economics from Georgetown University, a JD from Northwestern University School of Law and took advanced coursework at Kellogg School of Management.

Augusto manages the company's Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Treasury operations. He also serves as the company's main liaison with major domestic and international financial institutions and possesses a strategic role in developing new financial products and services. Previously, Augusto held the position of Money Remittances Manager for Remesas Quisqueyana Inc, where among other responsibilities he oversaw overall product quality, managed the product's financial performance and was the main liaison with its foreign correspondents. Augusto has also worked in banks such as Brown Bother’s Harriman & Co. and Century Bank of Massachusetts and for multinational companies like Bristol-Myers Squibb. Augusto holds an MBA from Suffolk University in Boston, and a B.A. in Business Administration from the Dominican Institute of Technology
