District Sales Manager (DSM)
Unidos is seeking a hands-on, entrepreneurial District Sales Manager who will lead the new and growing Field Sales Team. Responsible for the sales development and the delivery of products in the assigned territory through training and developing sales personnel, setting goals, daily supervision, and ensuring proper execution of marketing programs. Ideal candidate must understand the entire Pre-Paid Level Distribution landscape in Division, including ensuring the field is operating most efficiently and achieving plan. Candidate will own Retail Execution and lead the development of their markets with a proven ability to manage, delegate, track performance and deliver upon Company objectives.
Locations:
Northwest, Midwest, Southeast, Southwest and West regions.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise, train and monitor activities of Field Sales Associate personnel to ensure implementation of marketing plans and proper execution of all programs.
- Employment tasks i.e, recruiting, interviewing, hiring, corrective action and discharge.
- Accountable for maintaining accurate records of stores in proprietary handheld device, including proper set-up and classification of stores as Retail, Nonretail, & Retail Rewards.
- Own, manage and audit programs to ensure maximum success while continually looking to expand territory.
- Maintain and analyze Business matrix reports, develop quotas, and make recommendations on sales trends, competitor activity, sales opportunities and sales results.
- Ensure all stores are properly stocked with relevant cards, and work with Field Promotions Manager on all promotional, in store events to build awareness of products.
Skills:
- Minimum of 6 -10 years of Sales management experience, preferred in DSD environment.
- Strong mentoring, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, polished demeanor.
- Strong leadership with an ability to maintain a motivated team.
- Independent decision making while requiring minimal supervision.
- Willingness and ability to travel is required.
- Spanish fluency a plus.
- Valid driver's license and car insurance.
Financial Services Manager (FSM)
Unidos is seeking a Financial Services Manager to achieve goals and objectives for the assigned division of an industry leading financial product company. This candidate will be responsible for managing the sales team division and further developing and establishing mutually beneficial relationships to increase sales and market share. Person will be responsible for the implementation of our business plans while expanding our customer base and providing leadership to the sales field.

Responsibilities
- Develop account strategies in accordance with overall company strategy in line with Company’s vision and values.
- Responsible for managing the Unidos sales team division and further developing and establishing mutually beneficial relationships with Agents to increase market share.
- Manage, coach, and train Financial Services Specialist (FSS) and prepare action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
- Plan and lead all Agent acquisition activities consistent with HQ best practices by conducting regular reviews of business performance and promotion strategies.
- Execute and manage Agent Management activities.
- Report accurately detailed store surveys to determine best money transfer stores in market area.
- Create, manage and execute incentive programs.
- Generate and maintain accurate reports and provide timely feedback to senior management.
Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in consumer goods & services area.
- Candidate must possess skills in problem solving, analytical, and critical thinking.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written; ability to effectively communicate with fellow colleagues, senior leaders and customers.
- Experienced in working in a rapidly evolving fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines and exceeding goals.

Field Promotions Manager (FPM)
Unidos is seeking an experienced bilingual fluent (Spanish / English) versed in field promotions and experimental marketing including prepaid calling cards and financial services. Ideal candidate will have working knowledge of consumer products experience with an emphasis on retail promotions, product launch, consumer sampling, developing brand awareness through effective strategies using in store promotions, social networking, grass-roots, and community outreach programs to increase brand awareness and other promotional marketing objectives.

Northwest, Midwest, Southeast, Southwest and West regions.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for development and implementation of local marketing tactics in support of Vivaro products and services.
- Build relationship with key market “influencers” to increase demand and brand exposure.
- Execute HQ guidelines for all in-store promotions and grass roots events ensuring HQ ROI is achieved.
- Work along with Divisional Vice Presidents, District Sales Mangers and Field Sales Mangers to make sure allocation of marketing resources is in alignment to quarterly business plan.
- Recruiting, training and managing field promotion team, i.e. Field Promotions Coordinator (FPC) and Brand Ambassadors (BA) to be accountable and effective promoters.
- Developing consumer intelligence (demographic information, retail environment, response to promotions and competitive offerings.
- Leverage synergies, budgets and marketing opportunities between Kare and Unidos.
Skills:
- 3-5 years of experience in the Consumer Goods & Services Arena
- College degree or experience equivalencies
- Desire to Win – behaviors predicated on attitude of persistence
- Track record of achieving/exceeding sales goals
- Strong work ethic with a dominant personality; not easily manipulated
- Displays exceptional personal and business ethics and moral character
- Computer proficiency (especially Excel, and PowerPoint

- Bilingual Spanish is highly desirable

Key Account Development Manager (KADM)
Unidos is seeking an experienced Key Account Development Manager to manage all Distributor and Chain Store accounts by controlling the distribution, merchandising and accounting of pre-paid long distance calling card product sales and ensuring channel target objectives are met. Responsible for growth of sales and profit with assigned accounts.
Locations:
Northwest, Midwest, Southeast, Southwest and West regions.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the proper management of assigned Chain, Key and Prestige accounts.
- Execute and manage quarterly revenue and gross margin plan per Distributor by managing day-to-day relationship with the Distributor.
- Develop and execute retail merchandising standards that includes brand distribution, position and execution requirements.
- Create and execute Partnership contracts for Distributors.
- Work cross functionally with Field Promotions Manager (FPM) to establish appropriate support on marketing promotional programs.
- Identify new business opportunities by providing distributor leads for stores that require service.
- Train Distributor Sales Representatives to ensure proper understanding of our new products and roll out plans.
- Responsible for accounts for all pre-paid long distance (PPLD) products delivered to distributor locations and has responsibilities for inventory management and strategic new brand launches.
Skills:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience working in a DSD sales environment, preferably in Marketing or Management capacities.
- Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales goals.
- Strong work ethic with a dominant personality; not easily manipulated.
- Displays exceptional personal and business ethics and moral character.
- Computer proficiency (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Highly organized.
